		<description>Government intervention isn&#039;t always a good thing.  There is no denying that any public policy and regulation will affect the market.  Companies are so careful in what they do with loans.  With that said, you also can&#039;t overlook that FHA loans have helped a tremendous amount of home owners/buyers.</description>
